About us

We’re a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.

This means we often do things differently. Since we began in 2015, we’ve made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many it’s had a profound impact on their lives. Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity

To do a great job, you’ll need:

  • Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values.
  • Experience in supporting people with a physical disability and using manual handling equipment
  • Variety of Shifts, must be willing to commit to regular ongoing shifts - minimum of 3 shifts per week including shifts which may be smaller in duration i.e 2-3 hours, experience in supporting people with mental health
  • Experience and skills supporting client to feel comfortable in chosen environment, ability to assess immediate environment and provide appropriate support
  • Experience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with household duties
  • Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client
  • Commitment and Enthusiasm in supporting client with community activities such as gym, swimming, art and have an understanding of meaningful engagement.

Additional Information

As part of our recruitment process, certain checks will be undertaken with your permission, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check that you must have before you can start work.
